Protein-Powder Sweet Treats

The thought of drinking a scoop full of protein powder mixture with milk (or worse, just water) makes me literally want to gag- I'm just not about that and believe that if you're going to eat food, you should enjoy what you're eating!
One of the biggest struggles I find with clients is that they struggle to meet anywhere close to where their protein should be.
Protein powder is a 'supplement' and so is there to 'supplement' your diet if you can't get enough - it's therefore preferable to eat protein from natural sources where possible (e.g. lean meets, eggs, diary, nuts etc).
However since most of my clients are struggling to meet their protein targets from natural sources alone, protein powder comes in super handy to get extra protein in.
But you don't have to just be drinking it with water or milk no no no!
