PB & Chocolate Protein Bark

For those that think that healthier snacks can't be

a) Tasty &
b) Pretty
well I prove you completely wrong with these beauties!
This is SO easy to make and is a quick straight-out-the-freezer snack so I definitely recommend this one for those that are pushed on time!
Ingredients:
200g 0% Total fat free yogurt
15g of Vanilla Whey protein powder
30g Dark chocolate (70%+)
20g peanut butter
20g cashew nuts
Recipe:
Mix together the yogurt and protein until combined and smooth.
Spread this mixture out on a baking sheet/foil (I'd also put this on top of a chopped board so it's a flat surface).
Melt the dark chocolate in a mug in the microwave and do the same with the peanut butter- watch out as these can burn quite quickly!
Use a small spoon and put small blobs of the chocolate and peanut butter all over the yogurt.
Then using a fork gently glide along the yogurt mixture to create the swirls on top.
Finally crush the cashew nuts with a rolling pin until they're slightly broken and then sprinkle these on top of the yogurt mixture.
Pop into the freezer for an hour and then break or cut into pieces.
Macros per 1/4 of the slab (see if you can resist eating the whole thing)
