So, firstly, what exactly is a training split?
A training split basically just means how you organise your training days across the week and what exactly will your training sessions consist of.
Why do I need a training split?
Not only does it give direction to your training by mapping out your week, it keeps you accountable to completing these sessions and tends to guide you to better results because ultimately you're more consistent and driven to do the sessions!
