Choosing a Training Split


So, firstly, what exactly is a training split?

A training split basically just means how you organise your training days across the week and what exactly will your training sessions consist of.


Why do I need a training split?

Not only does it give direction to your training by mapping out your week, it keeps you accountable to completing these sessions and tends to guide you to better results because ultimately you're more consistent and driven to do the sessions!

There are positives and negatives with each split so don't think that one training split is better than the other- they simply suit different people for different purposes and goals:

I don't work with everyone.
 
Whilst I'd love to help everyone achieve body confidence, get strong, understand nutrition & feel healthier 
 
I'd rather help a smaller amount of people achieve life-changing results

So I'm pretty serious about who I accept on to my coaching & making sure it's the right fit!

2. I work with those who are NEW to weight lifting OR have had SOME EXPERIENCE in the gym but still feel CONFUSED with their workouts
